trav\u00e9s de nuestro modelo de educaci\u00f3n y recursos para la salud, fomentamos la equidad sanitaria en el condado de Gwinnett. Nuestros talleres de alfabetizaci\u00f3n sanitaria basados en pruebas se centran en los aspectos mentales, f\u00edsicos y sociales de la salud, conectando la atenci\u00f3n preventiva con el bienestar. Nuestro trabajo, centrado en prevenir las experiencias infantiles adversas, promover las experiencias infantiles positivas y animar a otros a que practiquen una atenci\u00f3n informada sobre los
