El Equipo de Acci\u00f3n de Mortalidad Infantil y Materna (IMM) de Gwinnett Coalition se cre\u00f3 en 2019 para abordar esta problem\u00e1tica. El Equipo de Acci\u00f3n IMM tiene como objetivo mejorar la salud y el bienestar de las madres en el condado de Gwinnett al aumentar el acceso a atenci\u00f3n prenatal y posnatal de calidad, brindar servicios de educaci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n a los proveedores de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y a la comunidad, promover la salud mental materna, apoyar la campa\u00f1a &#8216;Safe to Sleep&#8217; (Sue\u00f1o Seguro) e introducir programas grupales de atenci\u00f3n prenatal basados en
