In this course, we will use the Health Literacy Triangle—physical, social, and mental—as a framework to explore how to:

• Build Skills: Improve your ability to read, listen, and feel empowered to ask questions about health information.
• Gain Knowledge: Understand medical terms, navigate health systems, and make informed choices.
• Change Behavior: Apply what you learn to advocate for yourself and your loved ones in healthcare settings.
