Reserve a Community Meeting Room

Request to reserve a professional, welcoming space for your nonprofit organization in one of two conference rooms located on the third floor at Gwinnett Connections Corner at 750 S Perry Street, Lawrenceville, GA.

The Ellen Gerstein Conference Room and Suite 300 Community Room are available exclusively for Gwinnett Nonprofit Coalition (GNC) nonprofit member organizations*. Membership is free and takes just a few minutes to apply.

Ellen Gerstein Conference Room – up to 8 people

  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the space
  • Restrooms are located in the main hallway
  • A large video screen is available in the Ellen Gerstein Conference Room

The rates below apply to both meeting rooms

  • Cost:
    • $25 – 2 hours
    • $50 – 4 hours
    • $75 – 6 hours
  • Hours of availability:
    • Monday 9 AM – 3 PM
    • Tuesday 9 AM – 3 PM
    • Thursday 9 AM – 3 PM
    • Friday 9 AM – 3 PM

Notes:

  • Hours are subject to change based on holidays and staffing.
  • Cancel or reschedule at least two (2) days in advance to avoid fees.
  • Reservation times include setting and cleaning up.

Reservations

  • Gwinnett Coalition reviews all reservation requests on a first come, first served basis.
  • Requestors will receive a reservation confirmation email once approved; submission does not guarantee approval.
