Reserve a Community Meeting Room
Request to reserve a professional, welcoming space for your nonprofit organization in one of two conference rooms located on the third floor at Gwinnett Connections Corner at 750 S Perry Street, Lawrenceville, GA.
The Ellen Gerstein Conference Room and Suite 300 Community Room are available exclusively for Gwinnett Nonprofit Coalition (GNC) nonprofit member organizations*. Membership is free and takes just a few minutes to apply.
*Special requests outside of nonprofit organizations: email gnc@gwinnettcoalition.org.

Suite 300 Community Room – up to 20 people
Technology & Amenities
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the space
- Restrooms are located in the main hallway
- A large video screen is available in the Ellen Gerstein Conference Room
- A projector is available in the Suite 300 Conference Room

The rates below apply to both meeting rooms
- Cost:
- $25 – 2 hours
- $50 – 4 hours
- $75 – 6 hours
- Hours of availability:
- Monday 9 AM – 3 PM
- Tuesday 9 AM – 3 PM
- Thursday 9 AM – 3 PM
- Friday 9 AM – 3 PM
Notes:
- Hours are subject to change based on holidays and staffing.
- Cancel or reschedule at least two (2) days in advance to avoid fees.
- Reservation times include setting and cleaning up.
Reservations
- Gwinnett Coalition reviews all reservation requests on a first come, first served basis.
- Requestors will receive a reservation confirmation email once approved; submission does not guarantee approval.
