Through collaboration with local nonprofits, we’ve streamlined communication to reach Gwinnett’s population of over a million people. We connect our community to essential resources and services, from healthcare and housing to multicultural assistance and employment.
With our Gwinnett Health Finder, powered by the Gwinnett Coalition in partnership with GNR Public Health, Gwinnett’s uninsured and underinsured population can find and access quality, affordable healthcare.
In order to help residents access healthcare, we must first help ease the cost of service. Contribution to our Health Equity Fund helps cover the costs of healthcare services, both mental and physical, through our partnerships with Gwinnett Health Finder providers. Invest – Gwinnett Coalition
We are dedicated to keeping our community informed and involved with our ongoing and future programs. Utilizing health literacy workshops and reserving tables at community events, we are able to maintain a close connection to the residents we serve, making sure they have the tools and resources needed to be their healthiest selves.

The Gwinnett Coalition’s Infant & Maternal Mortality (IMM) Action Team was established in 2019 to address this issue. The IMM Action Team aims to improve the health and well-being of mothers in Gwinnett County by increasing access to quality prenatal and postnatal care, providing education and prevention services to healthcare providers and the community, promoting maternal mental health, supporting the Safe to Sleep Campaign and introducing evidence-based group prenatal care programs
