Nonprofit Workforce Development
What it is
In a time of economic uncertainty and shifting community needs, nonprofits are more essential and more strained than ever. Our nonprofit workforce development initiative helps organizations meet this moment by strengthening the internal systems that make their work possible. Through practical resources, expert training, and tailored support, we help nonprofits improve how they operate, manage programs, and serve their communities.
When nonprofits have stronger skills, structures, and strategies, they can deliver services more efficiently and with greater impact. As organizations across our ecosystem grow together through collaboration and partnership, our community becomes better equipped to meet the needs of more than one million Gwinnett residents.
How workforce development fits into our mission
Gwinnett Coalition aims to advance equity and community well-being. Consistent with our role as Gwinnett County’s Family Connection Collaborative, we envision a Gwinnett where:
- All children are healthy, set for school, and succeed when they get there.
- Families are stable, self-sufficient, and productive.
- Communities are vibrant, robust, and thriving.
When the nonprofit sector is strong, the whole community benefits, creating a more equitable, resilient, and healthy Gwinnett.
