As part of our mission to strengthen the nonprofit sector in Gwinnett County, we have launched a new initiative aimed at increasing the capacity for organizations to fulfill their missions.
Capacity building ensures that nonprofits have access to knowledge and programs that enhance all aspects of leading and managing a nonprofit organization, including operations, programs, finance, etc.
Since the community’s needs are greater than a single nonprofit’s ability, working better together as a sector will increase opportunities for problem solving, accelerate innovative approaches, and expand resources to serve Gwinnett’s most vulnerable residents.
