Health Literacy workshops present a framework for understanding how the physical, social, and mental aspects of well-being can be understood holistically, and provide low-cost or free local resources for achieving optimal health.

The El Salvadorian Consulate workshop has two (2) sessions, the first starts at 9:00 AM.

• Change Behavior: Apply what you learn to advocate for yourself and your loved ones in healthcare settings.
