Stop by the Gwinnett Coalition booth at the Farm Fresh Market and learn more information about health literacy, local health resources in Gwinnett County, resources for those uninsured and underinsured, and much more!
The Farm Fresh Market brings fresh, healthy produce from local farmers to the Gwinnett community through our pop-up market.
We also provide wrap-around community health services:
- blood pressure screening – provided by Four Corners
- cooking demonstrations
- SNAP assistance – provided by Latin American Association
