If you are in need of food and basic household supplies, there is help. In response to growing food insecurity across our community, Gwinnett County is partnering with six local cooperative ministries to expand food distribution and support families in need.

- Buford Family SDA Church Food Pantry: Open every Tuesday from 11:00am – 3pm.

Visit during their operating hours.
Bring a photo ID and a utility bill showing your current address and zip code.
Some Co-Ops may require an appointment. Check your Co-Op’s website for the latest hours, distribution details, and available services.

United Way Response: Hunger Crisis Relief
In response to the recent SNAP benefit disruption, United Way launched a Hunger Crisis Relief Fund to provide immediate support for families across our region.
United Way is also gathering insights through our Community Response Survey to better understand local needs and resources. Take the survey here

Faith Community
Many churches and worship centers have food programs to help meet the needs of our community. We encourage you to reach out to local places of worship in your neighborhood to see how they might help. Here are just a few.

Free drive-through food distribution events offer fresh and shelf-stable food items for food insecure families. No identification is required. Link to their website here.
